Core Values
Core Values are your company’s road-map, and the foundation for making sure everyone is on the same page and working toward the same goals.
Once your Core Values are defined it makes hiring people who are in alignment with those values much easier. It also gives everyone working for or with your company guidelines and clear expectations of how business will be conducted.
Core Values define the culture of your company. Every company has a culture; unfortunately most companies have a default culture that leadership is not even aware of. That unknown culture can be extremely detrimental to meeting goals and to employee moral. Often leadership combats the problem by putting more and more procedures and policies in place and in effect, makes the problem worse.
Defining and living the company core values gives guidelines for people to make decisions, to come up with innovative ways to meet goals and create customer satisfaction. They encourage the creation of processes that empower the people working in your company to be the best they can be, as opposed to processes that are designed to keep people in line.
Core Values also give a foundation for understanding what is important to the company, how they want to communicate with and support their team members, and exactly what they want their customer experience to be. When everyone in the company in is alignment with that understanding and feels rewarded and supported in their work, amazing things are accomplished.
We specialize in helping you to define your Core Values and then implementing those values throughout your company.

What Our Values Mean to Us:
1. We are a service business. Happy customers make our business possible. Our goal is to use creative and innovative ways to support our customers and empower our support team to do whatever they feel is necessary, within reason.
2. In every situation, we look for the solution that best meets the needs of our customers, our employees, and our vendors. We are committed to open communication and to approaching problems with a solution oriented approach as opposed to looking to place blame.
3. We operate on the basis of sound fiscal and procedural decisions. We want to have fun, but we take the operational aspect of the business very seriously. There is always room for improvement and there will always be ways to become more efficient. We do what it takes to create a sound and stable business.
4. Abundance comes in the form of monetary gain and overall happiness. We support team members in creating abundance in all areas of their lives by creating an entrepreneurial environment and supporting a work life balance.
5. We are open to new ways of thinking and new ways of doing things. We take appropriate risks. We show initiative and blaze new trails. Change can be difficult and can occur for many reasons; however, it's important that most change is driven from the bottom up... from the people on the ground and in direct contact with our customers. We do not want people to be afraid to take risks and make mistakes. We believe if people aren't making mistakes, then that means they're not taking enough risks. Over time, we want everyone to develop his/her gut about business decisions. We want people to develop and improve their decision-making skills. We encourage people to make mistakes as long as they learn from them.
We never want to become complacent and accept the status quo just because that's the way things have always been done. We should always be seeking adventure and having fun exploring new possibilities. By having the freedom to be creative in our solutions, we end up making our own luck. We approach situations and challenges with an open mind.
6. We take personal responsibility for our work. We are invested in the success of our company and the satisfaction of our customers. We value a passionate, determined, positive and "can do" attitude. While we celebrate our individual and team successes, we are not arrogant nor do we treat others differently than we would want to be treated. Instead, we carry ourselves with a quiet confidence because we believe that, in the long run, our character will speak for itself.
7. We value fun, and everyone who is a part of our company, or engages with us, shares in the fun. We don't want to become one of those companies that feels corporate and boring. We want to be able to laugh at ourselves. We look for both fun and humor in our daily work.
8. We live a healthy lifestyle, and we have fun together in healthy activities. Just as we support growth and learning, we support team members in meeting goals related to their health and wellness.
9. We respect each other, and we support each others personal priorities and aspirations. We want to create an environment that is friendly, warm, and exciting. We encourage diversity in ideas, opinions, and points of view. The best leaders are those who lead by example and are both team followers as well as team leaders. We believe that, in general, the best ideas and decisions are made from the bottom up, meaning by those who are on the front lines and closest to the issues and/or the customers. The role of a manager is to remove obstacles and enable his/her direct reports to succeed. This means the best leaders are servant-leaders. They serve those they lead. We are more than just a team though -- we are a family. We watch out for each other, care for each other, and go above and beyond for each other because we believe in each other and we trust each other. We work together, but we also play together.
10. We are committed to growing and learning in our business and our personal lives. It's important to constantly challenge and stretch yourself and not be stuck in a job where you don't feel like you are growing or learning. We believe that inside every team member is more potential than even he/she realizes. Our goal is to help them unlock that potential. But it has to be a joint effort: You have to want to challenge and stretch yourself in order for it to happen.
