The Project Manager Advantage Workshop is a 6 hour program taught by a 25-year project management veteran and Certified PMP, and is designed to help Project Managers become more productive and less stressed. PMPs can earn 6 PDUs for attending the workshop.

The information is a combination of PMI based best practices, real-world learned tricks in MS Project and other popular project planning tools, and knowledge from over 25 years of managing projects as large as 5 year government projects to smaller, fast-paced web projects. 

Classes may be conducted with up to 10 participants onsite or in an online environment. We limit the class to 10 participants because it's a highly interactive class where they can bring and work on existing project plans. The concepts can be applied to most project management tools.

Course content can also be customized to meet your organization's specific needs or to work within any established PMO standards.
